From judges’ reactions to the Union minister’s criticism of the judiciary to litigation against him, the Maharashtra capital witnessed parts of the tussle.
The court directed the state government and Sinnar Municipal Corporation in Nashik to make Pavitra Portal for transfer and appointments of teaching and non-teaching staff in the state be made operational for Urdu medium teachers and the same should be maintained within short time.
