新北市三重區某私立幼兒園近日發生不當管教事件，1名女教保員因幼童活動彩排出包，不僅上前飆罵，更打一巴掌、扯臂膀等，誇張行徑令人髮指。新北市教育局表示，已將該名陳姓教保員調離現職，正進行調查程序，另查該園還有超收幼生、未公告應公告事項等違規情事，已依法裁罰1萬2000元。三重區某私立幼兒園陳姓教保員先前因男童彩排活動出包，不僅當場大罵，更朝男童身體甩巴掌，讓一旁其他學生十分害怕，不僅如此，其他2名幼童也因動作出錯，被陳姓教保員用力拉扯臂膀移動位置。對此，該園員工表示不清楚此事，負責人不在園內無法回應。
