FOLLOWING THE publication of the governmentâs controversial race report, the Black Cultural Archives (BCA) have announced their resignation from its position on the Home Officeâs Cross Government Windrush Working Group.
The Race and Ethnic Disparities report has faced huge rebuttal from community groups and medical professionals after it claimed to find no evidence of structural racism in the UK.
In a statement sent to the government, the BCA said: âBlack Cultural Archives refutes the approach and findings of the report on the basis of its poor use of data, unsubstantiated conclusions and British history inaccuraciesâ.
