According to a new TMZ report on Tuesday (March 23), Bobby Shmurda is prohibited from drinking alcohol, going to bars or hanging out with gang members as part of the conditions of his parole, which ends on Feb. 23, 2026. He also has to adhere to an 8 p.m. curfew and must take substance abuse tests, and get counseling for anger and aggression. Another condition of Shmurda s supervised release is that he has to seek, obtain and maintain employment.
