Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed will decide on the size of the bench that would hear the review petition against the judgement in the Justice Qazi Faez Isa case, the Supreme Court said Monday.
Justice Umar Ata Bandial read the verdict that was reserved on December 10.
Justice Isa, his wife Sarina Isa and members of bar councils had challenged the hearing of review petition by a six-member bench. They said that a larger bench heard the case.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The committee which is conducting a probe against vote trading by some members of provincial assembly (MPAs) in Senate election of 2018 has decided to summon the journalist who released the video .
The committee comprises of Federal Minister Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry, Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari, and Advisor to Prime Minister on Accountability Shahzad Akbar.
The committee has decided to investigate those who benefited from the votes and vowed to expose people who provided funds for buying of votes.
