these cases. i think what they re going after is trump s effort, his statements on the ellipse that drove people to the capital that ended up causing that damage. i think you can say that he was at least reckless in the statements that he made. and had knowledge that some of those people were armed when he made those very fiery statements on the ellipse that some of them will go and caused damage. we question is whether it was reasonably foreseeable. it is a way the rioters at charlottesville have been held accountable. it is an important tool in the tool box i thing to think about civil liability as well criminal charges. david, let s talk about what accountability looks like for the trump businesses. the new york times reporting that the trump organization spent more on legal fees than it faces and potential fines for tax fraud. how significant is the company s conviction when the company is a drop in the bucket. i think it is right it is not significant, financially.
