Two were taken to the hospital, by police. The 38 yearold who was shot in the back is in Critical Condition this morning. At least 12 shots were fired touring the shooting, a dozen spent shell casings were found on the scene. Police say some of those stray bullets hit a nearby house. Police found a home on the 1500 block of kingsdale struck four times bullets going through first floor living room windows. A three twoyear old mother and ten and 12 years old sons were asleep inside. No one was injured inside of this property, three twoyear old mother, including ten and 12 years old brothers. North detectives is on location processing the scene. Self witnesses were transported to north detectives and being interviewed by detectives at this time. The only information we have regarding the shooter is that he escaped in a white colored vehicle last seen north on 66th. A lot of negotiations back and forth and it seems like with each of these bills that gets passed, there is a bigger chorus of people who say that farm subsidies are too generous. Or this time youve faced a lot of criticism on the food Stamp Program. Is this the last farm bill you see being passed this way . Is the split in the house last ear a foretaste of farm bill to come . We all have a stake in having affordable, safe food. We in america are blessed that theres a group of people that are willing to get up every day and fight the weather. Nobody else in their business has to worry if their business will be wiped out by drought. We have a joint stake, both families, farmers, and consumers in having in agricultural food supply policy. But i dont you know, strategy always has to be adaptable and has to be changeable according to circumstances. I think it was mike tyson who said everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. You have to make sure you can adapt what you have. The strategy is about britain engaging in the world in order to protect its interests and protect British Values like democracy and freedom of speech and human rights. I say what we did in libya and the approach weve taken in syria is consistent with that. What will you say your strategic goal was in syria . I think twofold. First of all, weve taken a general view as a National Security council that while there are risks in the instability that the arab spring has thrown up, weve taken a general view that the advance of what i would call the Building Blocks of democracy, more open societies, more participating systems is a good thing in the long term for security. There will always be bumps on the road but thats a good thing so basically
