Accenture India has updated its leave policy, offering its employees the opportunity to take both "small and big time offs". The new policy is tailored to individual cities, with employees in Noida granted 40 days leave and those in Bengaluru granted 30 days, for instance. Sick and casual leave entitlements have been increased to 12 days, while earned leave entitlements have been reduced from 24 to 18 days.
