The owner says he loaned the car to one of her relatives and thats who was driving it at the time of the accident. The owner and his girlfriend went back to williamsport monday night. Police say they returned to philadelphia yesterday and realized their car may have been involved after watching a news report. Police say until then, they didnt notice a small piece of headlight lens was missing. Fortunately when we recovered the car the piece of the headlight that fell off fit perfectly into the car.
