They complain about both and i think that is human nature. A want safer neighborhoods. They know they will have to have policing in these high crime areas to get that done. It is situational. They complain about slow calls for service responses. Things like that which can have an effect on a persons trust in their lawenforcement agency. In other words, we call but they dont come.
