And as ive said every year that i testified now for five years in this job come and my 50 plus years in the intelligence business i dont recall a time when we have been beset by a greater variety of challenges and crises around the world, both regionally and functionally. And so the challenge for me is as likely to the community is attending to, addressing this wide diversity of threats. In the face of, and i have to bring this up, very uncertain budgeting environment, now approaching our fourth or fifth year of uncertainty about the size and shape of our budget, which poses challenges for us programmatically, certainly with respect to sysems acquisition, and the uncertainty it creates in the work force.
