Three SW Missouri student archers make Academic All-American Team May 21, 2021 11:38 AM Kaden Milner JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) recognized nine Missouri student archers in the Missouri National Archery in the Schools Program (MoNASP) who made the 2021 National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) Academic All-American Team. Two of which came from Lamar Middle School and one from Carl Junction High School. MDC congratulated the following Missouri student archers on the 2021 NASP® Academic All-American Team who not only excelled on the range, but who were also recognized by their school for proficiency in the classroom: NASP Elementary Division All-American Academic Archers

(Submitted photo) From Bay College ESCANABA The annual Phi Theta Kappa Awards Ceremony, generally held in East Lansing, will be going virtual this year in a series of activities throughout March held by the Michigan Community College Association and Center for Student Success. Student membership into the PTK All-Michigan Team was selected based on academic achievement, community service involvement, and leadership accomplishment. The State Academic Teams are a division of the Academic All-American Team for Community, Technical and Junior College Students, an international program sponsored annually by Phi Theta Kappa and the American Association of Community Colleges.

Kelly Humphrey / Brainerd Dispatch Two Central Lakes College students were named to the Phi Theta Kappa All-Minnesota USA Academic Team. Ryan Knoll, Bertha, and Rebekah Muhlenkamp, Swanville, earned the honor. The All-Minnesota USA Academic Team was introduced 26 years ago to honor and recognize two-year college students for their leadership, academic achievement and community and college service. In 1994, state academic teams were introduced as a way to provide scholarships and scholastic recognition to Phi Theta Kappa members while promoting excellence at two-year colleges. The state academic teams are a division of the Academic All-American Team for Community, Technical, and Junior College Students, an international program sponsored annually by Phi Theta Kappa, USA Today, and the American Association of Community Colleges.
