加盟浙江大学两年后，董燕萍出任外语学院院长

董燕萍表示，外语学院目前正处于非常好的发展时期，作为新任院长肩负重任，压力和动力并存，将以组织的委托、师生的期盼为最大责任，传承和发扬学院的优良传统，与班子成员团结奋斗、与全体教职工同心协力，坚持“立德树人”根本任务，聚焦质量与内涵建设、构建学院发展新格局。 据微信公号“浙大文科”，董燕萍教授于2019年加盟浙江大学，被聘为浙江大学“文科领军人才”。她是国内心理语言学领域学术带头人，研究内容涉及心理语言学、神经语言学、二语习得等。现任国家一级学会“中国英汉语对比研究会”副会长，二级学会“心理语言学专业委员会”创会会长，亦是多种国内外重要刊物及书系的编委会成员。 董燕萍教授于1986年获解放军外国语学院理学学士学位，1989年获该校文学硕士学士，1997年获广东外语外贸大学文学博士
