Dubai: Reportage Properties, which has ongoing projects at Abu Dhabi’s Al Raha Beach, has brought down its down payment requirements to 10 per cent for sales during Ramadan. It is also offering a 10 per cent discount.
The developer has eight projects in Abu Dhabi and four in Dubai. Together they will create around 5,000 new homes.
“The company is keen to make special offers that meet the requirements of customers,” said Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO. “Strong sales this year would confirm the UAE real estate market overcoming the challenges associated with the pandemic.”
Last year, reportage said it had sales of Dh812 million.
