The High Court today (November 1, 2022) issued a rule asking the authorities concerned of the government to explain why their inaction to take steps against ruling Awami League lawmaker Abdus Salam Murshedy on charge of illegally occupying house of public works department in Gulshan should not be declared illegal.
A Supreme Court lawyer today (October 30, 2022) filed a writ petition with the High Court seeking necessary directives to recover a house allegedly occupied by ruling Awami League lawmaker from Khulna-4 constituency Abdus Salam Murshedy in Gulshan illegally.
