so the last iterationing, it seemed as if they might be reaching some kind of agreement, but you know, the speaker can t do anything without going back to his caucus, so a real test of leadership for john boehner. this is the first big moment for him with had his caucus and quite honestly, a test of leadership for brahm. he is getting quite engaged in these negotiations and boehner has to sort of, at some point, say to his caucus, this is the best deal we can get. we need to take it and we don t want to shut the government down. let s fee he does it t. interviewing tom price a while ago, congressman tom price. right. i said harry reid said that a lot of this is being influenced, leaders in washington and others are being influenced by the tea party so the supporters are fiscal conservatives. is that necessarily true that this is sort of being pushed by the tea party, not all of it but
shepard: last month one of the operations went wrong. doctors at california s usc university medical center admit they gave the wrong kidney oa patient. a potentially deadly mistake. one that forced the hospital to shut down entire kidney transplant brahm. trace gallagher in los angeles tonight. how did this happen? well, two kidneys arrived at the hospital roughly the same time, shep. reportedly there was nothing wrong with the packaging or the labeling. the mixup apparently happened inside the hospital. now the system is supposed to be full proof. supposed to have the id number on the donor kidney and match the i.d. number of the patient. it s unclear exactly how that system failed, which is why they are investigating. but it s very lucky that both the donor kidney and the patient who got the wrong kidney had the
