Three roads in Luzon remained impassable as of Saturday, July 24, due to damage caused by the heavy downpour that had been enhanced by typhoon Fabian.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said nine roads have been cleared but two roads in Cordillera Administrative Region and one in Region IV-B are closed to traffic due to collapsed soil and damaged detour bridge and box culvert caused by the non-stop downpour.
