first interview i ve seen her really be the real awe thentdic reporter in an interview style format. i think we saw the good, the great and the frustrating. we saw the brilliant public policy maker where she spoke really thoughtfully and contextu contextually, about syria, about gender equality. we saw frustrating and not so much ball petition and hillary clinton is a badss. whether it was about his tweeting or winning the popular vote, i think she won the popular vote by 300 million votes and most remarkably she said that you know, there was collusion between the russians and the trump campaign.
not eager right now to have that summit, but i wouldn t have called him. if i can, greta, look, i think it is true that the ongoing congressional russia investigation, you know, it makes it hard to spend political capital on a russia issue in washington. on the other hand, i actually see consistency between the read-out of the conversation today. we obviously don t know exactly what was said in the tillerson visit. and the reason is because my understanding from the tillerson visit, his number one theme was how do we set aside where we are right now on our disagreements and find a few areas where we can do something productive. counter terrorism from the beginning was that area. my understanding was they spent 90% of the tillerson/putin meeting talking about syria. not surprising that the trump/putin call, then, would focus on syria. and, look, it s a good thing. as i said, there is not a lot of trust for the russians and it shouldn t be. it s good they re coming up with concrete
