POTSDAM (dpa-AFX) - Die Umweltschutzorganisation WWF Deutschland bezweifelt den Sinn von Zäunen entlang der deutsch-polnischen Grenze zum Schutz vor der Ausbreitung der Afrikanischen Schweinepest (ASP). Vielmehr müssten gravierende negative Folgen für die heimische Natur und Wildtiere befürchtet.
Die Angst vor dem Ausbruch der Afrikanischen Schweinepest in einem Hausschweinbestand in Deutschland ist weiterhin groß. Um die Ausbreitung zu verhindern wird einiges getan - unter anderem ein Zaun soll die Seuche abwehren.
