MENSTON Art Club is known throughout the local area for the enthusiasm of their members for challenging activities. They have since their inauguration as a club in the early 1960s, organised many beautiful exhibitions which have over the years become a notable point on the Menston village calendar. Their first exhibition was held in 1967 at the local hostelry The Menston Arms but have since then have been held at Kirklands, the hub of the village, and have become a meeting place where the club’s best art work could be seen by the Menston residents and visitors from near and far.
