the alex wagner joins us now. it s just alex wagner. we ve been doing this for a several months. alex wagner tonight. we ve known each other for two decades, you can call me whatever you want. thank you at home for joining us on alex wagner tonight this hour. we have a whole lot to get to this evening. we start with election results. i know! you thought the elections were over. but, nope, they are not. as voters in this the commonwealth of virginia well know, there was a special election yesterday for a state senate seat in virginia beach. we now have a projected oner in that race, democrat aaron rouse. he defeated kevin adams, flipping that state senate seat from red to blue and he did it running ads like this. you want to believe it can t happen here. but it could happen sooner than you think. republicans in richmond are trying to pass a new ban on abortion in virginia and kevin adams wants to join them. he wants to take away our personal decisions. kevin adams
seeking abortions? they keep women from trying to access their right about making decision about pregnancy. they re sent up literally next door to a planned parenthood. they put out signage that makes it look like a planned parenthood. the whole idea is to deceive women. they do not provide health care. now, of course, they re publicly funded in the states. it sort of they are they do nothing for women s health care. one of the scariest things that we re seeing is, of course, online. so many women are forced online now to try to find health care. if you look up to find an abortion providing health center, oftentimes you are sent to a crisis pregnancy center. as you said, part of the whole idea here is to delay giving women information, delay giving them health care, to push them late near a pregnancy. then the issue of condemning violence in the abortion sphere.
