By Leonard Okachie Umuahia, Dec. 22, 2020 Dr Nnamdi Nwinyi, the ‘Zone E’ Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has decorated 32 officers of the Abia command promoted in 2019 with their new ranks. Addressing the personnel of the command at a colourful ceremony in Umuahia on Tuesday, Nwinyi admonished the officers to see their new ranks as a challenge for greater commtment and dedication to duty. He said: “Your new rank imposes a lot of responsibilities on you. To whom much is given more work is expected. “The reward for hard work is more work; so the corps expects more work and greater commitment to duty from you.”
