Sundargarh district’s Koida Block Development Officer (BDO) Pallavirani Raj and Assistant Engineer Abhisek Panigrahi were beaten up by allegedly the former’s father and brother on Tuesday night.
Police arrested the BDO’s father Ramesh Raj following a complaint lodged by the official.
