Chhattisgarh Police on Thursday arrested three persons including a ‘satta’ betting kingpin for operating an online betting racket here.
Raipur Additional Superintendent of Police Abhishek Maheshwari identified them as kingpin Abhinandan Natthani alias Mannu, Kailash Thackeray and Ashwani
