OK! Click n Collect has launched Pakistan’s first AI and geo-fencing powered retail application that allows shop owners to set-up their shops online instantly, complete with product SKUs (with photography), prices, and product variants.
With e-commerce and fintech gaining rapid acceptance, an increasing number of applications have recently been launched targeting the retail sector. Despite this flurry of new applications launched, there are still no applications that actually enable MSME retailers (kiryana shops, road-side vendors, and others) to participate online and benefit from this vibrant and emerging ecosystem.

The lawyer representing the owner of Indian film legend Dilip Kumar s ancestral home in Peshawar has advised the provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to not buy the over 100-year-old haveli, as it is in a dilapidated condition and repairing it would be as costly as acquiring it.

The lawyer representing the owner of Indian film legend Dilip Kumar s ancestral home in Peshawar has advised the provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to not buy the over 100-year-old haveli, as it is in a dilapidated condition and repairing it would be as costly as acquiring it.
Earlier in the month, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had approved the release of Rs 80. 56 lakh for Kumar s ancestral home, with the aim to turn it into a museum in honour of the movie star. Gul Rahman Mohmand, the lawyer of the present building owners, in a chat with a private news channel on Tuesday, said the haveli is in an extremely dilapidated condition due to years of neglect, comparing the premises to a heap of garbage .
Family and fans of the Indian film legends Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor may have to wait longer for their ancestral home to be turned into museums, thanks to the exorbitant prices for the properties quoted by the current owners.
