Even though the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is yet to officially declared its position on power shift ahead of the 2023 elections, an inkling to the likely power sharing formula to be adopted by the party is beginning to emerge, going by the battle for the position of national chairman. Virtually all those bigwigs in the ruling party already linked to the titanic battle are from the northern part of the country. The list comprises six former governors and senators spread cross the three geopolitical zones in the North.
