That’s how the agency described the alleged illegal conversion of some seven areas along Pullian bypass road in the province of Bulacan.

DAR-Bulacan Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Abdullah M. Linog said that the areas–estimated to be as large as 3,000 square meters of agricultural land–have been “dumped with soil and gravel”.
The illegal activity was discovered during an ocular inspection at the site by the DAR provincial office.
“We have no records of any application for conversion submitted in the office,” Linog said.
