Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, today visited Thukhor Social Club, an initiative of the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs, located at Al Safa Park in Dubai.
