The Gombe State Executive Council has approved approximately N5.2 billion for the payment of gratuities to retirees in the state and the local government.
Gombe State government has earmarked more than N5.2 billion for the payment of gratuity to both local and state governments retirees. Alhaji Abdulkadir Waziri, the Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development, disclosed this to newsmen, shortly after the State Executive Council Meeting, on Wednesday in Gombe.
