DUBAI: Toward the end of March this year, as the massive gates that served as Expo 2020 Dubai’s entrances closed for the last time, those who had worked tirelessly to create the award-winning Saudi pavilion were all too aware of the possibility that the World Expo might be hosted by the Kingdom itself in 2030.
He explained in a press conference Tuesday, after a meeting between Advisor at the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ahmad Bin Abdulaziz Qattan and Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnangagwa, that his country supports the Kingdom's bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
For his part, the president sent his greetings and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, and the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
