The dry and windy weather there fueling the fires overnight. One fire now on the edge of dollywood where people are being brought to safety. Overnight, fierce flames and blinding smoke racing across the tennessee mountains. Oh, my god. We need to leave. Reporter the wildfires engulfing the resort towns of gatlinburg and pigeon forge, home to Dolly Partons theme park, dollywood. We relocated 19 families that were staying with us in our Cabin Properties and then relocated about 50 of our guest room guests here at dollywoods everyone to leave calling the fire unpredictable. Several major fires fueled by 60mileperhour winds, and we have just learned tonight that the fires are now turned deadly. It is hard to grasp the true scope of this disaster, just look through the windshield of this car, surrounded by flames there on both sides of the road. So many tonight. An entire city evacuated. The flames creeping towards a cabin. A surveillance camera capturing it all. And Tennessee State troopers guiding families away from their homes through the thick smoke and fallen trees. It is long gone, and hopefully we will talk about those for another five or six months. Eight tornadoes were for reported in iowa today. Sometimes, we do see this. It is not really common, but is not terribly the front is now pushed off to the east, and the rain is now pushed into illinois and wisconsin. We will be feeling the colder air in the next several days. You can see the system that generated the tornadoes today in north dakota and south dakota. You can see the snow on the backside of that.
