The High Court here on Friday (Dec 16) found political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda, then chief inspector Azilah Hadri and then corporal Sirul Azhar Umar to be liable for the death of Altantuya Shaariibuu 16 years ago, and hence the Government was also found to be vicariously liable.

SHAH ALAM: Murdered Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu lodged a police report the same day she went missing almost 16 years ago stating that 'if something were to happen to her, they should look for Razak Baginda', the High Court here was told on Wednesday (May 18).
