RpMP unveils book on memoirs of War of Liberation 181 RANGPUR, June 9, 2021 (BSS) – A book titled “Memoirs of the War of Liberation” compiled and published by Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RpMP) was unveiled at its conference room in the metropolis today. As per direction of RpMP Commissioner Abdul Alim Mahmud, the compiled book was published today marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the golden jubilee of independence. Presided over by RpMP Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner Abdul Wahhab Bhuiyan, Deputy Inspector General for Rangpur Range Police Devdas Bhattacharya, Superintendent of Police for Rangpur Biplob Kumar Sarkar, former Rangpur district unit Commander of Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangshad Mosaddek Hossain Bablu and police freedom fighters attended the occasion.
