While ADM mayor Nceba Ndikinda this week came to the defence of under-siege municipal manager Thandekile Mnyimba, rubbishing claims by Cogta MEC Xolile Nqatha that his academic qualifications were not up to scratch, the DA on Thursday opened a criminal case against Mnyimba. The party has accused Mnyimba of “making fraudulent representations regarding his senior qualifications”.
