Jay-Z, Foo Fighters and the Go-Go's were elected Wednesday to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame their first time on the ballot, leading a class that also includes Tina Turner, Carole King and Todd Rundgren.

Jay-Z, Foo Fighters and Go-Go members were elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Wednesday after the first vote. The class they lead also includes Tina Turner, Carole King and Todd Rundgren.
At the induction ceremony held in Cleveland on October 30th, everyone will be rewarded, and the organizers hope that groups of fans will enjoy live music again.
The auditorium will also present awards for musical excellence to LL Cool J, Billy Preston and Randy Rhodes, and award early influence to Kraftwerk, Gil Scott Heron and Charley Patton.
