The Labour Party in Ogun State has insisted that expelled member and Director-General, Doyin Okupe, was financially handicapped before joining the Peter Obi Presidential Campaign Council (PCC). The party executives, Michael Ashade and Abayomi Arambambi, claimed on Saturday that Okupe allegedly went on to steal N100million campaign funds after joining the PCC.
