Hanumanganj police have arrested a fraudster who cheated by giving fake silver anklets; the accused would trick by posing illiterate by asking address and pamphlets of weight of silver anklets.
The accused would ask the victim to read the address written on the pamphlet by posing himself
Hanumanganj police station incharge Mahendra Singh Thakur said that the complainant Babi Kumar, a resident of Mangalwara, approached police on April 29.
