Gunmen kidnap another business man in Ibadan - Daily Post Nigeria

Daily Post Nigeria Published Gunmen have kidnapped an Ibadan based business man, Mr. Wole Agboola. DAILY POST learnt that the gunmen stormed Abaodo Area, Olukitibi village, in Akinyele Local Government Area and kidnapped Mr. Agboola. The abduction of Mr. Agboola comes a few days after the kidnap of Babalola Jumoke Oludele, a sister to a member of the State House of Assembly, Sunkanmi Babalola. Our correspondent gathered that the abductors, who were in army uniform, took Mr. Agboola to an unknown destination. The victim was taken away at gunpoint from his farm located around the Kola Daisi University, on the Ibadan-Oyo Express road axis of the State.

Businessman kidnapped on his farm in Ibadan Security agencies say the kidnappers were dressed in military fatigue. ADVERTISEMENT The police command and Amotekun Corps in Oyo State have confirmed the kidnap of a businessman, Wole Agboola, on his farm on Monday in Ibadan. They said the kidnappers dressed in Nigerian Army uniforms stormed the farm where Mr Agboola was with his workers and took only him away. Mr Agboola, 47, was abducted Monday evening at the farm in Abaodo area of Olukitibi village in Akinyele Local Government Area in Ibadan. The incident is coming a week after a woman was kidnapped at a quarry in the same local government area.

Punch Newspapers Sections Wale Oyewale, Ibadan A farmer identified as Wole Agboola has been reportedly kidnapped by some gunmen on his farm in the Abaodo area, Olukitibi village, Akinyele Local Government Area, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. Agboola was said to have been kidnapped and whisked  away to an unknown destination following an attack on his farm on Monday. A source said the assailants, who wore army uniforms, invaded Agboola farm near the Kola Daisi University, Ibadan-Oyo Expressway. The hoodlums, numbering about six, reportedly brandished guns and cutlasses. Agboola’s workers, including his farm guards, were said to have been assaulted during the incident.
