"I am feeling privileged to be with you on the special occasion of Diwali," the Prime Minister told the soldiers in the Nowshera sector of Rajouri district.
Many attempts were made to disturb peace after the surgical strike but each time a befitting reply has been given by our forces, PM Modi said at Nowshera, where he is spending Diwali with jawans this year.
