With a combination of both physical and virtual exhibition, the 13th edition of the biennial international event at Air Force Station Yelahanka will be the world s first hybrid aerospace show, officials said. A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test report (dated January 31, 9 am or later) is a must to attend the three-day event, where each day only 3,000 visitors will be allowed at the flight display venue in view of the pandemic. The minister also provided a record outlay of Rs1,10,055 crore for Railways, of which Rs1.07 lakh crore are given for capital expenditure.   In 2020-21, Govt under PM @NarendraModi ji had provided for Rs 4.12 lakh cr for capital expenditure. Increasing expenditure, we are likely to end this year at Rs 4.39 lakh cr.

Union Budget 2021 | Govt allocates record ₹1 10 lakh cr for railways

DFC assets set to be monetised Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday proposed a ‘record’ allocation of ₹1.10 lakh crore for the Indian Railways in the Budget, with a total capital expenditure outlay of ₹2.15 lakh crore for the upcoming financial year. With a 33% increase in total capital expenditure for 2021-22 over ₹1.61 lakh crore (revised estimates) for 2020-21, the Railways said funds would be utilised to boost ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat Mission’ and towards completion of vital infrastructure projects, capacity building, passenger amenities and safety enhancement.   Special loan According to Budget documents, during the year, the Railways was provided ₹79,398 crore as ‘Special Loan for COVID-related resource gap’ and towards liquidating the adverse balance that occurred in Public Account in 2019-2020.
