do you feel the judge treated prosecution it fairly in this case in terms of evidence admitted? during every trial there are decisions from a judge that we agree with and that we disagree with. that occurred in this case like it does in every case. are you surprised by i was not. why? can you comment on the full celebrity nature of this case? this wasn t a normal case. this was a big football celebrity and how do you think that impacted this trial? well, it impacted it significantly based on what we re doing here now. certainly it was a major case, the case gained national attention. i think in the end, a fair trial was provided to the defendant. in the end, he s a celebrity. he s a patriots football player. that attracts everybody. but in the end he was a man who committed a serious murder and
well one part for me was aaron s alleged statement that he wished at the time that odin was murdered was made public because he was at a club at that time. to this day we just went through a three-month trial, this is now two years later, we still don t know the exact time of odin s murder. specifically. so i don t know how aaron would have had that information two years ago, even today after medical examiners review, still don t have that exact information. so. do you all feel you can sleep peacefully. yes. i m hoping. yes. don t have any after a beverage. i m hoping. without going into detail was it difficult to keep track of the evidence and the witnesses that testified and sorting out what s important and what s not? what s less important i mean? i think everything we heard in that room was important and that s why some of us had four up to eight notebooks, making
