Primary here in Congressional District 5 which is the southeast valley Congressional District. Very heavily republican district, and right now we are at Christine Jones headquarters, where shes been up since the first vote totals came in. A lot of people giving a lot of credit to the political ads she ran, maybe this guy looks familiar, and as a result tonight has been a big night for this outsider candidate. Jones came into the room 45 minutes ago, shook hands, thanked a lot of her volunteers and supporters privately. A few minutes ago we were told they hoped shed make announcement soon, any minute to the crowd here to talk about tonights race so far. Sight. Woke up this morning and there was a bunch of, you know, the Police Command and stuff out here. So i kind asked them, i got kids and stuff, so i asked them, im just kind of concerned whats going on. They have it all roped off and its obvious that theyre going in one specific apartment. Reporter Police Say One person is dead. Neighbors describing the rtd as a white male in his 30s. He said that the guy is dead, obviously. And that his body was burnt. So interesting. Said, his face. Reporter still waiting for details on what happened. Neighbors say they feel for the victims family. Yeah, its not something that you want to see anywhere. But especially at your house and walking out to that type of thing is never fun for anybody. But hopefully the family gets some type of answers pretty quickly. And justice will be soifdz. Long night. At first, this little girl did not have a pulse when she was pulled from the water but i am told paramedics were able to get her pulse going again and now she is in the hospital tonight on ventilators to help her breathe. Neighbors tell me there was a blowup slide in the front yard all weekend for the kids but tonight, its the backyard pool causing pain for this family. Satellite maps show us there is an above ground pool in the backyard. We dont know yet how this little girl got in there and fill in. What we do know from the arizona driving Prevention Coalition is nearly every drowning and near drowning call involving kids so far this year shares a similar story. Every sad story we come to is the parents say i didnt know how fast they could go out the doggie door, i didnt know county is on pace to set a record this year for drownings.
