Aaron Confer AVIS Aaron Confer, 22, of West Central Avenue in Avis, has been charged with aggravated assault (F2), simple assault (M1), strangulation (F2), recklessly endangering another person (M2), and endangering welfare of children (F2) following an incident at his residence on Wednesday, Feb. 10. Pine Creek Township Police were called to the Lock Haven Hospital after a mother had taken her 3-month-old child to the hospital for injuries and bruises on the infant’s body.
