MMRCL, MMRDA and DMRC don’t have the designs, says RTI activist

From Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) that is executing the Line 3 project to Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) that is executing the Line 6 project as well as overseeing the integration of the two lines, to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) that has been appointed as a consultant for the integration project none appear to have the designs for the integration of the two lines.
