SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the air show and air awareness campaign at Air Force Station, Satwari on Friday. The event was jointly organised by the Indian Air Force and the J&K Government to mark the 76th anniversary of J&K's accession to the Indian Union and the Diamo.
The Indian Air Force and the Government of Jammu and Kashmir are hosting an air show at Air Force Station Jammu to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the station and the accession of Jammu and Kashmir to the Indian Union. The event will feature aerobatic displays, helicopter demonstrations, skydiving, and a musical performance by the IAF band. The air show aims to inspire young people to join the IAF and raise awareness about aviation safety. This is the first time an air show by the IAF is being held in Jammu.
