The Indian government has been big on digitalisation that much has been quite evident for a while now. However, despite the government s enthusiastic approach towards digitalising processes and operations across the country, there still remain some aspects that are yet to fully embrace this change. However, this has not escaped the authorities eyes, who continue to introduce measures aimed at improving digital and online processes to make it easier for the end consumer to use these services. The latest example comes from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, which has invited comments or suggestions about rendering certain services online with the help of Aadhaar number.
