Tammi L. Zavickas, 55, a 14-year employee of the University of Connecticut Police Department, was arrested by a detective assisting the Tolland State s Attorney s Office on a warrant charging her with one count of second-degree stalking and one count of second-degree harassment, according to the announcement. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, an investigation showed that, for about a year, Zavickas was an active participant with her husband, UConn Police Officer Peter Zavickas, in the stalking, harassment and photographing of two University of Connecticut Division of Public Safety employees by monitoring their movements while following them in their personal vehic

The father has been identified as Stephen O Loughlin, 49, and the son as Pierce O Loughlin, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. San Francisco police found both bodies Jan. 13 during a welfare check as the child did not attend school that day. Stephen O Loughlin graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1994 and was employed by LoCorr Funds, according to The Connecticut Post.

Stephen O’Loughlin, age 49, a 1994 graduate of UConn, and his son, Pierce O’Loughlin were found dead last week during a welfare check of their California home when the latter didn’t show up for school, according to the San Fransisco Chronicle. The bodies were reportedly found on Wednesday, Jan. 13 by police with gunshot wounds inside his San Fransisco apartment. The welfare check was performed at the request of the boy’s mother.
