Galaxy group has leased land in Lodhi Colony, South Delhi, for Rs 356 crore from the Rail Land Development Authority, with the developer expected to invest another Rs 1,000 crore constructing flats for railway staff. The project will take approximately six months to master plan and design, with construction scheduled to begin soon after. The entire land area is divided into three parts Part A & Part B (Sewa Nagar) and Lodhi Colony.
