The COVID-19 pandemic already forced several big pictures to delay their release dates or skip theaters altogether in 2020, and so far, 2021 isn’t shaping up to be a better year for films, with several highly anticipated titles facing another round of pushed back premiere dates because of the ongoing health crisis.
Highly anticipated films in 2020, such as Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” and Disney’s live-action “Mulan,” adjusted their releases, as did other films, due to the pandemic, but according to Entertainment Weekly, some films that had also initially planned on 2020 outings that delayed until 2021 are once again finding themselves pushed back including highly anticipated follow-ups, such as “No Time To Die,” the latest James Bond title, and the follow-up to John Krasinski’s “A Quiet Place.”
