Updated: 9:43 AM EDT Apr 15, 2021 A York County mother has been arrested and charged with attempted homicide after police say she stabbed her 5-year-old daughter.York police officers were called to York Hospital Wednesday morning. The child had been taken to the hospital for stab wounds. Police said they quickly learned that the child’s mother, Cierra Allen, 30, of York, had caused the injuries. Allen was placed under arrest.The girl, whose name has not been released, was moved to Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She is in critical condition.
